How Do I Reset Communications to a POS/OPT in Support Jar

Connect to the sc side of the site controller in support jar.

PO Command

PO Command

Type po## and press enter, where ## is the number of the POS/OPT.

You should see the POS/OPT disconnect and attempt to reconnect. If successful, you will see Pos: Online ##, where ## is the number of the POS/OPT.
