What Do I Do When the CCL is Offline at the POS

Below are the steps to do if you or the cashier see the CCL offline at the POS.

Reboot Register

Reboot the POS.

Travstar.ini

If the reboot did not resolve the communications issue, check the CCLIP in the travstar.ini.

 

In this example, the CCLIP should be 192.168.8.49, but instead is 192.168.8.4. This is keeping the POS from communicating with the CCL program on the site controller.

 

Once the IP has been changed and the travstar.ini has been saved, close it and reopen the register program.

You should see the CCL online now.
