How Do I Create a Service Request Using the Client Access Portal?
This lesson will teach you how to create a new service desk ticket using the client access portal.
Client Access Portal Login Page
Click on the link provided in the email, or type the URL into your Browser Address Bar.
Log On
Log on to the Client Access Portal.
Create a Ticket
(1) Click on the "Create a Ticket" button.
Enter Information, and Submit Service Request
(1) Click on the drop down menu by Request Type and choose the type of request you want to make.
(2) Click on the drop down menu by Priority and select the Priority of your request.
(3) Type a Ticket Title.
(4) Type a detailed Description of the request.
(5) Click on the drop down menu by Contact and choose the person to be contacted at your location.
(6) Click on the "Save to Submit" button.
