Gilbarco-Invenco FlexPay6 Setup

Purpose and Scope

This document provides guidance for configuring Gilbarco FlexPay VI dispensers to operate with Fiscal Systems forecourt controller hardware and software. It is intended to assist customers, integrators, and service personnel in aligning FlexPay VI configuration parameters with Fiscal Systems requirements to ensure communication, transaction processing, and forecourt operation.

The main difference between the FlexPay VI dispensers and previous models is the CRIND. The gas configuration remains largely the same.

Files:

Required FlexPay VI specific files need to be present in the /home/sitecon/sc directory with proper ownership (UID/GID) and permission mode bits.

Variables:

The following environment variables are specific to the /home/sitecon/sc directory.

Required to Function:

05.03.xxxx / 05.05.xxxx are the versions used for the G6-400 terminal we certified.  Valid until 4/30/2031

Aside from the variables, the remaining dispenser setup has not changed. I’ll leave the main details below but the “Gilbarco Secure Prompts and EMV Configuration.pdf” has been our reference document for this.
