From the main menu, click on the "Advanced Reporting" button.

From the Advanced Reports menu, click on the "E-Journal Report" button.

(1) The reporting sequence field is used to select the type of report you wish to print. To run this report by Fuel select the "Fuel" reporting sequence.

(2) Select the "Begin Date" button. Use the mouse to select a date and click on the "OK" button. Select the "End Date" button. Use the mouse to select a date and click on the "OK" button. The default date is always today's date.

(3) Select a Reporting Type. The options are detail or summary. Summary is selected by default.

(4) Click on the "Run" button.

This report shows a summary of each type of type of fuel. It breaks the fuel sales down into cash and credit sales.

To see all of the detailed Fuel transactions, select "Detail" for the Report Type.

This report shows all the detailed fuel transactions for the day.

To see fuel sales for a month, change the Reporting Type back to "Summary" and change the beginning and ending dates to show a month range.

This report shows how much fuel was sold over a month.
