How do I run a Fleet Transaction with additional Items

In this lesson, you will learn how to run a Truck Fleet Transaction.

Select New Fleet Transaction Button

• Select the New Fleet Transaction button. (1)

Next Enter the Fleet Data

• On the Fleet Data Entry screen, enter the necessary Driver Information.  

In this Example, I have entered the Company Name, Truck Number, and Odometer Reading.

• Once you have entered the Driver Information select the FUEL DISP Button. (2)

Next Select a Dispenser

• Select the dispenser Icons on the Dispenser Selector screen.

Next Select the Manual Button

• Select the MAN. button. (3)

Next this will open the Manual Data Entry Screen.

• Make sure that the Price is the correct Credit Price. (4)  

• Then, enter the total Gallon amount for the transaction. (5)

• Finally, select the OK Button. (6)

• Then select desired Items to add to the transaction.
