How do I void an Item?

This lesson covers how to void a Item

(Only Merchandise can be voided this way, Fuel Products cannot be Voided)

• A unwanted Item was rung up  (1)

• Select the Void Button in the Center of the Screen (2)

• Verify the Status of the Register changes from Sale in Progress to Status: Void (3)

• Select the Button of the Voided Item (4)

• To verify the item was voided. (5)

Check the Receipt Area on the top right of the register screen, the voided Item should show up as a negative amount.
