This lesson shows how to enter a Service Ticket
• Click on the link provided in the Email, or enter the URL into your Browser Address Bar.
• Log on to the Client Acces Portal
• Click on Create a Ticket. (1)
• Select Request Type (2)
• Select Priority (3)
• Enter Ticket Title (4)
• Enter Detailed Description of the Issue (5)
• Select Contact (Person to be Contacted at Your Location) (6)
• Click Save to Submit the Ticket (7)
• The Fiscal Systems Helpdesk will contact you regarding your issue.
