How do I run a Fleet Transaction with additional Items
In this lesson, you will learn how to run a Truck Fleet Transaction.
Select New Fleet Transaction Button
• Select the New Fleet Transaction button. (1)
Next Enter the Fleet Data
Enter the Fleet Data
• On the Fleet Data Entry screen, enter the necessary Driver Information.
In this Example, I have entered the Company Name, Truck Number, and Odometer Reading.
• Once you have entered the Driver Information select the FUEL DISP Button. (2)
Next Select a Dispenser
Select a Dispenser
• Select the dispenser Icons on the Dispenser Selector screen.
Next Select the Manual Button
Select the Manual Button
• Select the MAN. button. (3)
Next this will open the Manual Data Entry Screen.
Enter Manual Data
• Make sure that the Price is the correct Credit Price. (4)
• Then, enter the total Gallon amount for the transaction. (5)
• Finally, select the OK Button. (6)
Next Select the Add Items Button
Select the Add Items Button
• Select the Add Items button. (7)
• Then select desired Items to add to the transaction.
Next Select the PYMNT Type Button
Select Payment Type
• Select the PYMNT TYPE button. (8)
Next Swipe Card or Enter Number
Swipe Card or Enter Number
• Swipe Card on the card swipe located at the top section of the keyboard.
Next Select he Ring Sale Button
Select the Ring Sale Button
• Select the button labeled RING SALE. (9)
Next Verify the System Status
Verify the System Status
• Your Truck Fleet Transaction is now a Sale in Progress.
Next Select the Credit Button
