Browse to the Fiscal Systems Inc. Client Access Portal Login Page
• Click on the Link provided in the Email, or enter the URL into your Browser Address Bar.
Log On
• Log on to the Client Acces Portal
Create a Ticket
• Click on View My Tickets (1)
Select Ticket to View Status
• Select a Ticket from the List to see the Ticket Status (2)
View Ticket Information / Status
• Ticket Status (3)
• Work History is displayed (4)
