How Do I Prepay a Dispenser?
This lesson will teach you how to prepay a dispenser for a set dollar amount.
Select A Dispenser
Touch the icon for the dispenser you want to prepay. In this example, we will select dispenser number 4.
Prepay Amount
Type the dollar amount of the prepay using the number pad on the keyboard. In this example, we will enter a prepay amount of 15 dollars.
Gas Prepay
Touch the "Gas Prepay" button.
Tender The Transaction
In this example, the customer is paying with cash.
(1) Type the dollar amount paid to you using the number pad on the keyboard.
(2) Touch the "Cash" button.

No Split Tenders
It is important to note that multiple tender types are not allowed on prepay transactions. If you try to use more than one tender type to pay for a prepay transaction, you will see this error message.
Prepay Authorized
You will see a message confirming that the Prepay is Authorized for the correct dollar amount.
