Touch the "New Fleet" button.

Swipe the customer's credit card through the credit card slot in a smooth motion.

(1) Touch the dispenser number the customer is going to use

(2) The driver is getting tracter  fuel only, so touch the "Truck" button.

(3) Touch the accept button

On the Fleet Data Entry screen, enter the necessary driver information.  The only fields available will be those that are required by the card processor.

(1) In this example, Comdata requires a Company Name, Truck Number, and Driver Number.  However, the required information will vary depending on the card type.

(2) Touch in the text box labeled CASH ADV and type the amount of the driver's cash advance using the number pad on the keyboard.

Touch the "Accept" button.

You will see a message confirming that the dispenser is now authorized.  The driver can now dispense fuel.

Once the driver has finished fueling, you will need to find his transaction in the list of pending fleet transactions.  Touch the "Pending Fleet" button to pull up this list.

(1) Touch the transaction to highlight it in the list.

(2) Touch the "Select" button.

The fuel is released and ready to be rang into the register.  Touch the "Ring Sale" button.

You will be prompted to swipe a loyalty card.  If the customer has a loyalty card, swipe the customer's loyality card at this time, otherwise, touch the "Cancel" button.

Touch the "Credit" button.

The transaction information will now be sent to the credit processor.  If the transaction is approved, a large TFT receipt will print for the customer.  At this point, you can pay the amount of the cash advance to the driver.
